I created this app after years of living with migraines and feeling disappointed by how little existing solutions had evolved. Most tools focused on basic symptom tracking, without taking advantage of new technology that can help people better understand patterns in their daily health and routines.
After spending the last 13 years building large-scale consumer technology products, I saw an opportunity to create a more thoughtful and modern experience. Advances in wearable technology and personal health data opened up new possibilities for helping people understand how sleep, schedule shifts, stress levels, activity, and lifestyle habits —
alongside factors like hydration, alcohol, caffeine consumption, weather, and menstrual-related patterns, relate to their migraine experiences.
What started as a personal frustration became a bigger mission: to build a more innovative, data-driven platform that genuinely helps people living with migraines feel more informed, supported, and empowered in managing their day-to-day health.
