I created Patternia after years of living with migraines and feeling frustrated by how little existing solutions had evolved. Most tools still focus on basic symptom tracking, while advances in wearables, personal health data and AI have opened up entirely new ways to explore our everyday health.
After 13 years of building large-scale consumer technology products, I saw an opportunity to create something more thoughtful and innovative. Patternia brings together data that usually lives in different places — from sleep, HRV, stress and activity to lifestyle factors such as hydration and caffeine, menstrual cycle, weather and migraine experiences — and uses AI to help connect the dots and highlight recurring personal patterns.
What started as a personal frustration became a bigger mission: to move beyond simply logging migraines and build a more intelligent, data-driven wellness platform that helps people living with migraines feel more informed, supported and empowered to better understand their own patterns and navigate everyday life with greater clarity.
